Please join the Family Minyan's monthly Shabbat morning service, which is geared toward kindergarten through 6th grade students and their families. Under the guidance of congregant Rhea Basa, children lead major parts of the service including the Torah reading and discussion. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and family friends are all welcome!
Join us once a month for some spirited singing after Shabbat services with Cantor Rachel Rosenberg. All ages are invited to come together the first Shabbat of the month to learn new songs and sing traditional favorites, adding joy to our Shabbat community experience.
We are so excited about our field trip on Sunday. Thank you again to our hosts!
We will meet at the farm at 10 a.m. It is about an hour's drive from Hyde Park (see directions sent by Hadar).
Our program will end between 12:00 and 12:30 to allow families to drive back to Hyde Park and to attend the community Lag BaOmer celebration if they would like. However, families are welcome to stay at the farm after the program and enjoy the beautiful day.
The Family Institute of Jewish Living and Learning invites you to join us for an Israeli Dance Workshop for all ages from 10:30-12:00. Led by experienced folkdance instructor Sarah Rodin, this will be a great way to develop and hone your dancing skills and get in the mood for Yom HaAtzmaut! Come and dance with us! Israeli refreshments will be served. Contact Hadar Sadeh Markin for information.
