Handel's "Esther" at Harris Theater

Now that we've celebrated Hanukkah, Purim is around the corner!  Experience Handel's Esther with your friends from CRZ.

Music of the Baroque will be premiering Handel's Esther in February.  The story: "The Jewish orphan Esther becomes Queen of Persia and saves her people from massacre by the villain Haman in this compelling and intimate musical drama.  Don't miss the tale of a triumphant heroine, told in sensuous arias and stirring choruses by master storyteller George Frideric Handel.  Jane Glover conducts the Music of the Baroque premiere."

When:  Tuesday, February 27, at 7:30 pm
Where:  Harris Theater downtown
How much:  Group rate of $25 a ticket to sit on the main floor!
Who:  Appropriate for ages 10 and up.
