READING GROUPS
Non-Fiction Chavurah | Fiction Chavurah | Sisterhood Day/Night
The Non-Fiction Chavurah meets about every other month at the home of a group member. Recent selections have included Michael Oren's Power, Faith and Fantasy: America in the Middle East, 1776 to the Present, Simcha Weinstein's Up, Up, and Oy Vey!: How Jewish History, Culture, and Values Shaped the Comic Book Superhero, and Walter Isaacson's Einstein. Anyone wishing to join the group should contact Rick Holbrook through the synagogue office.
The Monday Fiction Chavurah meets once a month in members' homes. Selections have included The Bellarosa Connection by Saul Bellow, Not Me by Michael Lavigne, The Counterlife by Philip Roth, and The Post Office Girl by Stefan Zweig. Contact the office if you'd like to join.
The Sisterhood Morning Book Club meets monthly September through May on Monday mornings at CRZ. New members are welcome.
